During the early weaning stages with my daughter Emma, carrots were the one vegetable that she would put her button nose up to, but it was important to me that she ate them.  I knew she loved apples so I grabbed one cube of carrot and one cube of apple and badabing badaboom, I couldn't get the spoon in quick enough!  

For this Stage 2 variation we freshly pulp tons of carrots and pink lady apples and blend it with a handful or two of crushed quinoa to give it the extra protein that your little one needs.  We love this variant and we hope your Bumbles Baby will love it too!
